Merlot House

Worst experience I have ever had with a rental property. Negative: Upon arrival we found a used needle in the bathroom drawer and a used bottle of personal lubricant beside the bathroom soap. Also found a solo cup under the couch. We didn’t feel safe staying there with our young children. We didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen as cleanliness of property was questionable.

a 10/10 stay Positive: It was amazing. It was so spacious and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and he was helping us out. The apartment is nicely furnished. The beds are very big and comfy. The kitchen and living room are very big. Everything was clean. On top of that, it is very close to downtown and you can walk to some nice cafes. all in all a 10/10 stay Negative: nothing

Perfect for a family going to Stampede Positive: Really comfortable. Huge beds in every room, very spacious. Easy walk into downtown, short walk to train station. Mike was great - really easy communication and so helpful. Lots of nice touches - coffee provided was great! Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Great location, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was super responsive too
